At Squishable, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
